SERIOUS AND ORGANISED CRIME

Measures to combat serious and organised crime in South Australia are included in the following legislation:

§              Serious and Organised Crime (Control) Act 2008

§              Serious and Organised Crime (Unexplained Wealth) Act 2009

There are also provisions within the Summary Offences Act 1953 dealing with fortifications. The measures in these Acts as they relate to serious and organised crime are discussed below.
