Specialist advisers are available at the Adelaide Office to give advice on the Centrelink Review and Appeal process. If you need help with a Centrelink decision you can contact the Commission for advice about how to appeal the decision. Most Centrelink decisions are reviewable. Each person is entitled to have their special circumstances taken into account when the decision is reviewed and the Commission can advise about what steps to take and what evidence should be presented in the review.
Has the Centrelink debt occurred as a result of fraud?
Through its Adelaide Office, the Commission can offer assistance to advise on what would be needed to defend a charge of fraud and assist with a grant of legal aid to eligible applicants.
