Introduction to Law Making, The Court System, Family Law, Wills & Powers of Attorney, Consumer & Debt Law, Neighbours & Restraining Orders, Negligence & Other Torts, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Employment Law & Criminal Law.

COST:
$375 for the 3 day or 2 evening series. Modules cost $125 each .
Discounts apply for community organisations.

WHEN:
This course may be offered in the day or evening as negotiated.  Minimum twenty people.

Module 1
how laws are made, the court system and an introduction to the basic principles of family & criminal law.

Module 2
the basic principles of civil law, negligence & other torts, using motor vehicle accidents as an example, contracts referring to employment law, consumer & debt law.

Module 3
the basic principles of law dealing with Wills & Powers of Attorney, Guardianship & Health Law, Real Estate Law, Neighbours & Restraining Orders.
