The Commission also provides a Duty Solicitor at most Magistrates Courts and the Youth Court.
Duty Lawyers are also available at the Family Law Courts.

Your first step should be to contact the person or section concerned and provide details about your complaint. Our staff will make every effort to deal with your complaint straightaway.

If you would like assistance to make a complaint about the Commission, please telephone our Client Relations Coordinator on 8111 5596, to arrange an appointment. The Client Relations Coordinator can provide advice and assistance in lodging appeals against refusals of aid, and help to identify other sources of assistance.
